However, please understand that we are not a retail giant like Walmart or Amazon, with distribution sites throughout the country. All orders ship from Hadley, Massachusetts. We contract with UPS and the US Postal Service to ship your order. Because of this, once your package leaves our facility, we have very little control over the transit time. However, we always make our best effort to process and ship your order as quicky as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on shipping methods, processing times, and delivery estimates.
Standard Domestic Shipping
Our standard flat rate is $6 for all patient orders regardless of size and weight. Standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $250. When you select our standard shipping option, we will pick the most economical method. This is usually USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Saver. All orders are shipped from Hadley, MA, therefore packages shipped within the northeast will typically have faster transit times. If you require a specific shipping method, please select it from the options listed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Methods
We primarily use UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping orders.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We strive to process and ship all orders placed before 3pm Eastern Time on the same day. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are provided at the time of checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Please note that these estimates are provided by the respective shipping carriers (UPS and USPS) and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, the selected shipping method, and the destination address. Shipping rates will be displayed at the time of checkout for your review before completing the purchase.
International Shipping
We use the following methods to ship international orders:
Orders shipping outside of the U.S. will be charged published shipping rates based on the declared value and weight of the package. Certain customs regulations may apply regarding transit times and additional fees. Though we do our best to be informed of any regulations and to ensure the safe arrival of your package, due to the unpredictable nature of shipping internationally and potential for uncontrollable circumstances, we cannot guarantee timely shipment to international addresses. Any item mailed to another country may be subject to Goods and Services Tax and/or Duty fees at customs. These additional fees are typically calculated based on the value of the order. Awareness and payment of any customs charges is the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from shipping@mg.mossnutrition.com with tracking information. Please note this email may go to your Junk/Spam folder. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment online through the UPS or USPS website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Shipping Damage or Loss
In the event that your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately using our Contact Us form, or call us at 800-851-5444, option 3. Please take photos of the damaged package exactly as you received it and keep all packing materials until otherwise instructed. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We use biodegradable & compostable cornstarch packing peanuts, 100% recycled paper, and recyclable air-filled packaging pillows. We care about our Earth!
