Why do we require your Health Care Practitioner's name?
We provide professional quality, therapeutic, nutritional supplements to qualified health care professionals and to their patients, as prescribed. The products we sell are formulated with clinically driven therapeutic doses that, generally, should be recommended and monitored by well-trained healthcare professionals. New patient orders require the referral from a qualified health care professional who is currently registered with Moss Nutrition. We do not sell our products directly to the public, nor can we fulfill orders placed with a referring Health Care Practitioner's name that is not currently registered with Moss Nutrition.
If you would like to find a practitioner in your area who is recommending our products and who can assist you, please contact us and we will be happy to give you names of practitioners in your area.
You may also contact us to provide us with your current practitioner's name and contact information if they are not currently recommending our products and they are not currently registered with Moss Nutrition. We will contact them to see if they are interested in providing you with our products, and registering with Moss Nutrition. We will not fulfill any orders placed until speaking with your current practitioner and completing the registration process.
