Other Ingredients: Vegetable Cellulose Capsule, Rice Powder, Magnesium Citrate. May contain Ascorbyl Palmitate and/or Silica.

Does Not Contain: Coatings, binders, sugar, hydrogenated oil or preservatives.

Recommended Usage: 1 capsule 1 hour before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare professional.
