Each serving (3 capsules) contains:
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 500 IU
Calcium (as Calcium Hydroxide and Calcium Oxide) 500mg
HAI Amino Acid Extract (from Sea Algae) <1mg
Other ingredients: Gelatin, Citric Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate.
Recommended Usage: Take 3 capsules in the morning, 3 in the evening, preferably with meals.
Storage: Store at room temperature.
