Shipping Policy
Generally, all orders received by 3:00 PM EST (business days, M-F) will be shipped the same day via UPS Ground and charged a flat rate of $8.00. Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Note: UPS normally requires a signature for proof of delivery. In the event there is no one to receive the package on the first try, UPS will make 2 more attempts to deliver, after which the package will be shipped back to us.
For special shipping arrangements, such as overnight shipping or shipping to a P.O. Box, please call us directly (800) 851-5444.
State Sales Tax
A 5% State Sales Tax will be applied to all Massachusetts orders.
Return Policy
All returns must first be authorized by Moss Nutrition, and a reason is required. Please call us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) at (800) 851-5444.
Returns must be resalable - the outer plastic safety seal must be in place, with no markings on the bottle. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date and are subject to a 15% restock fee.
Damaged or missing items
Packages delivered in damaged or incomplete condition MUST be reported to our office within 48 hours of receipt. Please retain the original shipping carton for UPS examination. Following their inspection of the package, UPS will pick-up the damaged product(s) and handle all details on the claim, notifying us. Please do not return damaged packages to us.
Back Orders
If we are out of stock on an item, you will only be billed for what is sent. Backorders are generally filled within 1 week. You do not pay additional shipping on back orders. We will notify you by phone if we anticipate a delay in shipping all or part of your order.
