Ordering Details

Patients

Our products must be recommended by your health care professional, who should be a registered customer.  Ask your health care professional to provide you with a practitioner's code number.  NOTE If you do not have a health care professional to recommend our products, or your practitioner is not yet registered with us, please contact us for assistance.  (Health care professionals: please register for an account and we will contact you). 

Order options & Features: Some patients want low shipping costs, and others want to speak with a live person.  We welcome both!

●  Online: $6.00 shipping/handling*.  Allow 2-10 days - orders shipped complete.  Shipping by USPS or UPS (we choose).

    1. Go to Register for an Account. (*Note: if you have ordered by telephone in the past, you still need to create an on-line account.  
    2. Use the Product name or # search box to find products: enter the code number or part or all of the name. Using your iPad, or smartphone to search? Click on the magnifying glass icon. 
    3. Questions or special directions?  Write those in the  Comments box on the check-out page. 
    4. You will receive an order confirmation by email; your final invoice will be enclosed with your package.
    5. To reorder, go to the Re-Order Products page to see your history.  NOTE: If you choose an item from your history, and it does not stay in your shopping cart, it may have been discontinued.  Please contact us for assistance.

    Established customers:  Half of all orders ship with UPS and half with the Post Office.  If you reside in the northeast and your order is less than 3 pounds, it will usually ship by the Post Office.

    Local Customers - There is no shipping fee when you pick up your order at our location.  Place orders at least 2 hours ahead of pick up time. We are open Monday - Friday, 9-5 Eastern time.  Orders not picked up within 2 weeks will be cancelled and charged a 15% restock fee.

    Special Orders: Products that have an (SO) after the name are not in stock. We will order them for you.  Please allow 2-7 additional days for delivery of your order.

    *NOTE: Flat rate shipping does not include extra charges for expedited shipping, cooler bags for heat sensitive items, or extra costs to ship your order outside the domestic United States.  Mass. Customers = 6.25% sales tax.
