What do I do next?"

1. Purchase the seminar and accompanying syllabus with test from Moss Nutrition for $99.00.

2. Listen to the CD, take the enclosed exam (30 multiple choice questions), and return the test to our office either via fax or mail. Please put to the attention of Gina.

3. Your test is graded at Moss Nutrition. Upon a passing grade of 75% or above (80% for New Hampshire DC's), you will receive a voucher from Moss Nutrition. (We can mail or fax it, at your preference).This entitles the Doctor to 6 hours of CE Credit.

4. Fill out your voucher and send it with a check or money order for $35.00.
